Collection & Segregation
Cigarette butts are collected from multiple sources and carefully segregated to remove contaminants, ash, and unwanted debris before processing.

The collected waste undergoes multiple purification stages:

- Removal of nicotine, tar, and toxic residues
Fiber Recovery
The core material — cellulose acetate — is extracted and converted into usable fiber using controlled scientific treatment methods.
